Service Description

Tsunami is Beach Lab Volleyball Academy’s elite beach volleyball training program for girls who are ready to train and compete at a high level. This program focuses on advanced technical development, explosive athletic performance, mental toughness, and high-intensity competition. Athletes build confidence, leadership, and discipline while preparing for tournaments, high school competition, and the next level of the game. Membership program includes: Monthly membership (10 Sessions per month) Two Beach Lab training t-shirts (only available with monthly membership) One Beach Lab tank-top (only included with monthly membership) High-level sand training that translates to indoor volleyball performance
